How it Works
Recycling Solar Panels
- Solar panels are stripped
- Solar panels are cut into large pieces and then crushed by a hammer mill.
- The glass is moved into containers after washing. For the purpose of recovering metals, rinse water is pumped to a precipitation tank.
- We then move on to a specialist partner to finish the glass/metal recycling
Recycling Inverters
High-quality solar inverters have a lifespan of up to 15 years, with ones that are of a cheaper low quality lasting up to 5 years.
These are an essential part of solar panel installation. Once they reach end of life, repair is usually costly, with many not being able to be repaired at all.
